Roma Mia of Pollokshields was, for a decade, one of Scotland’s top Italian restaurants. It’s closure last year left a big gap in the dining scene in Glasgow. Well the good news is ...

It’s back .... Now it’s back, bigger and better than ever. Massimo and Michael(Angelo) welcome you back, old friends and new!

It’s new ... MichaelAngelo’s opens in August - with a new name and a new set of concepts in Italian food on Glasgow’s South Side.

It’s different ... With home baked Italian bread and pastries each morning, a new pizza oven ready to fire and unique regional Italian specials.

The new MichaelAngelo’s will be open all day every day ... whether you want fresh Sicilian cannoli with your Cappuccino mid morning, thin and authentic Roman Pizza for lunch, or a finely flavoured Saltimbocca for dinner, each of our offerings is conceived and presented as our work of art for you.

MichaelAngelo’s will offer specialist menus including Gluten Free. Our Bambini Artisti Club will be open to all under 12s who will have their own special menu.

If you remember Roma Mia as a shrine to the culinary art, MichaelAngelo’s will take it to a new stage – a gallery of masterpieces from Italy’s treasury of food and wine.

MichaelAngelo’s based at Clarkston Toll has fabulous public transport links – leave the car at home and sample our superb winelist including regional Italian wine being served in Scotland for the first time.

MichaelAngelo’s brings together the art of la cucina italiana and the best tradition in friendly Italian family dining.
