I have just received my wedding dress back from Michael's. We paid for a cleaning and boxing service. I am so upset with how the dress has been returned. It was a bespoke Susan Neville dress and has been completely ruined. It has come back with seams undone, missing buttons, and bobbles all over the dress. The box service should have used acid free paper to ensure safe keeping so I am able to pass the dress and veil down to my daughter. It has come back with both the dress and veil stuffed into one box that is too small, with one small insufficient bit of tissue paper. The box doesn't close and therefore isn't protected from moths etc. Do not use Michael's for wedding dresses!
Never had any issues in the 13+ years I've been using this place. Staff very friendly, free parking and convenient. Not much more to add apart from, keep it up! And thanks for your service so far

Over-the-moon happy with the service here. I took my favourite piece of clothing to the shop, thinking it couldn’t be revived after a few years of over-wearing it a few rips and general wear-and-tear all over! When I picked it up and took it home, I was so surprised and super happy when it looked basically brand new again! Thanks so much Michael’s dry cleaners!
Great local laundry and dry cleaners, we have used Michael's for many years and would not go anywhere else, great friendly staff always very accommodating, and good competitive prices. I would strongly recommend.

Very good dry cleaners have also had clothes altered there and they do a brilliant job.
