Such a shame!... Been going here every 3weeks for the last 20month and was always brilliant. The last 2months however its really gone down. Nails are rushed as always running late,  overpriced (£2 per nail for nail art is far to much). Shop is cold and dirty. The fact that they have offered a free set to fix is a redeeming quality but Will be going eleswhere from now on....
