I ordered a mirror from this shop costing over 100 pounds, this was ordered from looking at a brochure that the man ordered in for me. I asked if I could have a refund and he agreed that it would be okay and wrote this down for me. When I came back to pick up the mirror, the man didn’t really show this to me properly and it looked bigger than what I was expecting. I explained I wanted to see how this looked against my wall and asked if it was still ok for me to have a refund if I bring this back the next day if not. The man said “well no not really” and I said very politely well can I have a refund now then please and I will look somewhere else. The mans words were then “I’m very pissed off about this as I have paid money for this mirror”. I explained I paid him and would not be buying the best of draws from him that I also planned to purchase due to his poor customer service. The man then started asking where I worked which is none of his business but I explained I had worked in retail for years previously and would never talk to a customer like that. He then rudely said “give me your card” and I asked how long it would take and he said “well you should know if you worked for retail for years”. Would never recommend this shop to anyone as he is the owner and wonders why he has no customers when he speaks to them like this. I would have most likely kept the mirror as from the little I saw of it it looked nice, however could not buy from this rude man.
