My mum was a resident in Warde Aldam for a number of years before her recent passing. I have nothing but praise & admiration for every single person that takes care of our loved ones, whether it be caregivers, kitchen, maintenance or cleaners they all take the time tto get to know residents & give them dignity & respect. The amount of love & care i have seen, especially over the past 6 days day & night has been overwhelming. I have always had full trust that they would keep my mum safe mentally, physically & emotionally. On the rare occasion i had a small issue management was approachable & friendly as always with an 'open door' attitude, i was listened to & it was addressed instantly with no awkwardness, quite the opposite as i had further respect knowing how passionate she is in her role.nWhen we were looking for a a nursing home for my mum we went to many throughout the district from large to small & 'no frills' to top end.... but straight away just looking at the how residents were treated made an instant decision.
My grandad barry has been in this care home since july and me and my family cant thank them enough for what they have done for him. They go above and beyond to make sure his needs are met and that he is happy. We feel happy knowing that he is safe and well looked after. Would highly reccomend this nursing home. All the staff are lovely and through this hard time with covid have made sure that us and my grandad are happy and able to see our relative through garden visits when not in lockdown and through zoom calls. After a bad experience with another companys nursing home this nursing home is like a breathe of fresh air would give it 5 stars all the time xx
I cannot praise Warde Aldam enough. They go above and beyond for the residents & families. The love & care they have & are giving my mum in almost 12 months is unbelievable & genuine. Everyone is a credit & inspirational. From the bottom of my heart thank you
I have worked at this outstanding wonderful care home also a family member Was a service user in here for s short time. Highly trained staff no matter their job role. Compassionate daring considerate ect
As I have a relation living there I cannot speak highly of the staff . always very friendly and the care is first rate nothing is too much trouble.
