Lauriston has been a big part of my life for the last 13 years...to see a smile on my residents facesnand to see how happy they are to see me makes it all worthwhile. We are extending our love through some wonderful relationships with the families grateful for the excellent care their loved ones receive at Lauriston. Honestly, I couldn't see a better and safer care home in the area.
Lauriston has been so welcoming to me since joining last October. Even during such a hard time, all staff have supported each other. Seeing our residents happy and safe is so nice to see. Each department works alongside another and I couldn't pick a better team to count as one big family. :
Our mum moved into Lauriston recently.nThe staff are so caring and really do everything that they can to help our mum feel settled. They love to listen to stories of Mum's life.nTheir communication with families is excellent, they’ve done everything possible to aid the swift settling in process. I really cannot praise them enough.nThe food is lovely and the home is really homely.nThank you once again for all that you do.
I am very glad to be part of this amazing team. The team is very passionate to keep residents well and everybody try their best to delivery an amazing care to them. In this tough time everybody dimostrated and is dimostrating this quality of skill towards residents, family and colleagues. Definitely this atmosphere created in Lauriston is ideally for new residents to live and for staff to work.
Lauriston is a family friendly team and work as a family unity and ensuring the needs of residents are fully met. We thrive on every detail to ensure that residents come to their new home with the same family feel.
