Amy and Michael are the most professional & friendly people you could hope to find at a hair salon. I have been a customer for over ten years and I didn't feel taken for granted on any of those visits; each time it was personal and attentive service. I would recommend that you visit & give them the opportunity to impress you!

Amy and Michael are wonderful! I've been visiting MG for over 3years now and they always make me feel valued and make my hair look stunning!... They are skilled at what they do and have been able to accommodate my more radical hair requests, as well as finding a style that suits me and works with everything I do ... If you're looking for a great salon in Loughborough, this is definitely it!

I went in to MG hair salon on Thursday to get myself a dry cut, I am not locally from Loughborough and I wasn't sure where to go but thought I'd give this place a go. Honestly this has been the only time I've come out of a salon after a cut feeling SO happy! The hairdresser was lovely and friendly and did exactly what I was hoping for! I showed her pictures of what I wanted, and I must say she did a great job! My hair is quite thick and I didn't want it too short and she layered it beautifully and gave it back the bounce and structure I was looking for. Thanks!!

Amy was really lovely, friendly and helpful. The haircut was one of the best I've had in a long time and I'm gutted I hadn't tried this place sooner.

Not what I expect from a hair salon. Firstly Amy washed my hair before sitting down for a consultation which I found very backward. I wasn't at any point offered a drink and I'm very very upset with the end result. The cut is not flattering not what I wanted and I think she lacked confidence in what she was doing. Ive tried to contact the salon to explain I'm not happy and it's just answer phone there is no email contact that I can find either. I will not be going back, I now have to pay another salon to fix the mess this one made!
