Please do not use mfortune. I finally won something on there and went to withdraw the money. Used a different bank account to normal which caused them some kind of problem. Rather than refunding the money back to my account or asking for some kind of ID the customer service team told me the money has been made void and there is no way of me getting it back. This is morally and ethically outrageous and hope people who read this use anyone else but mfortune.

Send you text messages that cost you a lot of money of a contract even after you've told them to stop via messages few time!!!! £102 phone bill I have now and it's normally only £29 😠😠😠😠😠😠 Don't ever use this company. Money grabbing ***holes
