Could have stayed all day and not get bored. Very cool place to cool off and have some fun. Male toilets aren't in the best shape though..
Kids and adults loved it. Great Dj on a Friday and Sturday night. Great selection of cocktails available and got fresh food that wasn't a long wait to get either. Staff were attentive and the DJ is interactive doing give aways during the games. The new revamp is brilliant. Arcade is a little small but I won't be travelling to the Coventry one anymore, so that says it all really. Great spot for adults and children.
Starting with the negatives: The barman was incredible slow! He was the only person on shift but moved like a sloth and took an age even for a simple drink! A queue of two would take about 10 minutes to serve. Food took a long time to come and when did the nachos were completely burned! I didn't return because couldn't wait the amount if time again. The website showed deals but when booking only gave option of standard price. Decided not to play pool or buy many drinks because cues needed from bar and the service was ridiculously slow. Positives: The girl on reception did move my bowling booking as we were still waiting for food 45 minutes later. The toilets seemed to be new. They were surprisingly clean. The pizzas tasted good especially the chicken one. Kids had fun and enjoyed bowling. Good asset for nuneaton, just needs some improvement.
It is kept very clean and spacious with plenty of space to move around. The pool tables being next to the food tables seems a bit illogical, though, as you're trying to squeeze past people playing pool. Drinks are expensive. Staff really good. There is a lot of choice of different arcade games - most of which are £1 each to play. We mainly went for bowling - paid £25 for the family hour. 5 of us got one full game in that time and bowled 2 or 3 balls each into a second game. We were only actually given 55 minutes rather than the full hour not sure why but wouldn't have made much difference. One thing that we didn't like was that it is so loud. There is always music on - you can just about manage a conversation over it at the bar but it's uncomfortably loud on the lanes to the point that it was painful. Wheelchair accessibility is OK. Would recommend people with sensory/noise issues take ear defenders.
Had a really good time. Welcome was warm and friendly and the atmosphere amazing. Only disappointment was no balls in my size so had to bowl heavier and now in alot of pain. But definitely will go again on a Sunday special £10 6 till 10. Bargain
I hadn't been bowling for over 40 years, so was looking forward to an afternoon with two of my teenage grandchildren. And we weren't disappointed. Friendly, welcoming staff. Easy to book . We finished our 2 games and were having so much fun, that I paid for another 2 games each. Will definitely be going again.
Lovely time bowling for three family members. If you are quick playing and taking your shots, we got 2.5 games in the hour for £26. The venue has been modernised since I last went there and was fantastic in comparison to before. The only downfall was the cash point machine had been broken into, the £5 cash we had didn’t go far on the arcades and amusements, else we would have stayed longer. This is not the fault of staff they were efficient and helpful.
After school bowling for kids is great value and the new arcade games are great, we love treating the kids. The staff are also friendly and welcoming. However, I'm not sure what is being sold under the guise of 'Tango Ice Blast'. After spending £20 on 4 of them it was clearly NOT what we paid for. It's either diluted with water, or substituted for cheaper mix. It was full of crunchy ice, had a different flavour and no fizz that the real Tango has. I think they should expect an imminent visit from Tango to check the quality of the product they are serving under their brand name.
Done out so nice. Really enjoyed our games. Great for meeting up with family and friends and have some good deals
Brought the staff for a Christmas party. Easy to book online, staff were very helpful getting us onto a lane early. The new layout without the self control boards is much safer, cleaner and quicker. My only gripe is during busy times some of the other customers clearly have no respect for their surroundings, but that's clearly not the bowling alleys fault. Thank you so much guys! :
