Booked a table for 2 @ 7:30 online for valentines night. Called by half an hour in advance to check everything was ok and running on time , we were informed yes no problem. On returning at the correct time the downstairs was full with a crowd of customers waiting at the booking area. It was obvious they were overbooked , very little staff and looked chaotic. We eventually got sat upstairs when I asked how long it might take to order and then receive food.. all I repeatedly got was... we are very very busy. It was clear hardly anyone was eating , clearly they do not have a full up / stop facility on their booking system , on top of this they were massively understaffed. We decided to leave as we felt it would take far too long to wait. Chaotic , under staffed & poorly managed. We have eaten here several times and the food has always been amazing therefore we will definitely eat here again but will visit at quieter times and definitely not using the online booking system. Please change your booking system and help the staff out by employing more of them.

Amazing place with outstanding staff willing to satisfy their customers’ needs and expectations wherever possible. I had a great time with my friends for my birthday and the restaurant prepared a nice table with glitter and balloons for me. God! I highly recommend the restaurant not only because the food exceeds expectations but also because their staff will ensure that one has the best experience and value for their money. Thank you Mews!

I just love this place. The food is amazing, the staff very attentive and the price spot on!! Could go over and over again.....  Vegetarian options: Excellent tasty choices.  Kid-friendliness: No issues with good choices.

Took aunt for her birthday, we both love it, will eat there again soon. Superb staff and food.

Great food we ordered 3 dishes pat kapow Panang curry and Tom yum Ordered in Tha language as I wanted to practice it I was also with my Thai wife drinking Thai beer the waitress knew I had previously lived in Thailand Sadly the Tom yum wasn't half as spicy as it should be when I complained I was told it was my fault I should said Thai style

Amazing food and we had lots of it. Starters, soup, main meal, dessert and coffee. Large portions, we just can’t wait for our next visit. Would highly recommend this lovely restaurant. The staff were lovely and friendly too.

I love this place, it has the best Red Thai Curry outside of Thailand, hands down - and I've tried a fair few in my time!! The service was a bit slow tonight. And my mum's Dessert, the Mochi balls were pretty horrid, otherwise it'd be a 5* review every time. Cute and cosy, the Thai food is exceptional and the staff are lovely. Highly recommended
