Very quick response and professional service. McCauley was very helpful and knowledgable and unblocked the the drain within the hour. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Response time was excellent and engineer was very polite, professional and knew how to rectify the blocked drain immediately. Blockage was cleared and engineer remained on site to test it was all working correctly. I would recommend this Company to anyone who has drainage problems.
Have had Metro Rod out a few times to unblock my toilet. The last call out, the young lad don't know his name, looked at something different, and he found the problem. Noel and Callum had come out a few days before. All were polite, courteous. No problems at all. Very professional.
The operator took very little time to work out the problem and fixed it. He was also polite and helpful.

Just had a call out from Metro Rod, with Warren Fitzpatrick carrying out the work/repair. Would just like to thank Warren for his professionalism and knowledge in solving and repairing the issue I had with my gulley and soak-away. It's very hard these days to find contractors whose work is of a level worth shouting about but I'd have no hesitation of using this company/Warren again. Highly Recommended. Thanks. Paul.
