It was my first time getting my nails done and my bikini line waxed in this place. During the process of getting my nails done there was no problem, but, when I came to getting my bikini line waxed it was absolutely terrible. Firstly because she didn't have gloves on and secondly because whenever she waxed my bikini line she didn't pullednthe skin and my whole line was bruised. Also, she didn't even waxed it all I had to go home and do it myself. Not going back...

Went in with bottle blonde hair. Came out with silver streaks and looking like Cruella de Vil. My colour was left on far to long and they had booked customers in between doing my hair. A total waste of time and money who seriously wants to pays to have silver grey hair least the bottle blonde covers the grey. Needless to say I won't be back and didn't bother to complain because I didn't trust them to go near my hair again

The owner of the metro chain is an absolute joke the hairdresser destroyed my hair and when I asked for my money back they offered to pass me on to another one like it was pass the parcel end of story didnt get my money back and was left with a very uneven cut and all different colours of orange in my hair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!!!
