Visited the store for a new pair of running trainers and a really lovely lady helped me. Asked lots of useful questions and analysed my gate. Got a few different trainers out for me to try and explained the benefits of each and watched me run in them. Really nice environment and lovely ladies in store with a lot of knowledge : also lots of stock to look around, would really recommend this store. Thank you xx

My husband's Surgeon recommended Hoka trainers for mobility support but finding a store that stocked them in our area; proved difficult. We contacted Metres to Miles with little knowledge of the shoes and were instantly impressed by the outstanding support that we recieved on the phone and in the Epworth store. Highly recommended.
Update Oct. 2023 - still great service, advice and loads of running essential stock nnSecond visit here this year and they give the best advice. I met Ruth for the first time and she was great and helped me select the right trainer for my running style. I tried on around 8 pairs, and went with the Hoka, great fit and good runs since purchase.nSee you again soon
Fantastic running shop. Service was excellent. Did a gait test and was very patient as I tried multiple pairs on. Loving the new trainers.
