I can recommend this seller in case you are not worried about your items being lost. Absolutely pointless and careless attitude and approach. They wash their hands as they are stating: as far as they are concerned the order was fulfilled. On such basis they could have just thrown the items atraigh in a bin. That's the standard in Northern Ireland seemingly. Disgusting and immoral....
My order didn't arrive, after a week I contacted them, I was told the system was down but that they would sort it manually the next day, after another week I contacted them again, this time I was told they were waiting for DPD to pick up the next day, after another week nothing. A month had now passed, I asked for a refund as the service was terrible, I was told okay.....another week, nothing. I ended up having to phone them, in Ireland, and finally got my money back. Absolute shambles! Avoid like the plague!
Delivery was quick only took one and half day to Ireland thank you ,I did not test the led flood light yet. I am a returning customer 0n the 02/03/22 , I order Rhine 30W Floodlight with PIR 6500k again , I have been using the last one almost a year they are super bright and cool white as you can see from the picture As usual super fast delivery and the price is affordable.
1 star because you can't give zero, they don't do next day delivery, and they don't send confirmation emails so you won't see what day they did send it. They use the worst courier in Ireland, so more like next week delivery. Avoid if you need anything in this life time.
Still waiting for my delivery and no response to my email, so they may be cheap but not if the customer experience is poor.

Been chasing a Floodlight with the 4th wire for some time, Seen this one online in England but no one has stock. Yours arrived in 2 days , it travelled a few miles from Barnsley South Yorkshire to Northern Ireland then back to York in North Yorkshire. Thanks Again Roy
I'm in the Republic and placed an order yesterday and I was very pleased that it arrived today. I received email notification that one item was out of stock so would be missing, but assuring me that I would be sent an ETA as soon as possible. This is much better service than I typically get from my suppliers, and their pricing was competitive too with no charge for delivery a small minimum order value applies so I would highly recommend this company.
Very happy to have bought from Meteor. I was informed promptly that one item was out of stock but sales went to great lengths to have the item sourced and sent to me as soon as possible. Items arrived the day after ordering, which was amazing. I can only highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, excellent product at competitive price. Raised an enquiry regarding a faulty sensor on an external wall light, Nouala from Meteor Customer Service replied the next morning with an apology and a replacemt was sent by DPD couriers the next day. Issue resolved in less than 48 hours. Well done Meteo Electrical for providing such a brilliant service.
