Very bad patient care, receptionist lacked good powers of judgement, sympathy and tact. Showed no compassion also with a very high patronising / condescending attitude. They showed me a very poor example of DUTY OF CARE. Very unprofessional practice Standards. 10 min appointment = 2 months wait... complete joke and utterly appalling. Why are you excepting new patients when you cannot look after the ones you have? Too greedy and want to conveyor belt people in. Which shows LACK OF CARE! Had to deal with an uncaring approach. I tried discussing my problems the best way I could as I was not offered a private room to discuss my medical issues and problems. I asked to speak with a manager and was told she was the head receptionist with infuriated me even more. As I just asked for a manager? Then she completely walked off with out giving me my next appointment card... Very Unprofessional I could understand taking time out as it did get heated, maybe try explaining your actions would have been a better choice and not look so dam rude.

This dentist is in my view, unique. I have lived all over the U/K and I have never come across any dentist that can rival this one for customer service and relaxed treatment. From the moment of first contact with the reception team right through to the treatment was like noghing I have ever experienced with a dentist before. Well done team.

Not often you hear the words 'love' and 'dentist' in the same sentence but I have to say 'I love my new dental practice'. Every appointment has left me smiling and today especially as I've just had a dry filing? which as I now know is a filling with no needle, wow! no needle, no pain! The dentist explains everything before he does anything and everybody there is friendly. I'm really looking forward to my next appointment.
