Absolutely terrible service from the parking department. Don't even deserve 1 star.

Received a parking ticket when I was in a 20 minutes free zone, they did not respond to me for 3 months and when they finally did they informed me I was no longer allowed to pay the discounted rate, even though it was them who misplaced my email.

I have never seen a department so unorganized, another way to take money from the tax payer. 

When I called to try and speak to anyone who can help me, they just inform me to fill in online forms.

Great service, staff are very helpful and every time I have approached I have received a first class service. Special Thanks to the building control team (Borris) and the waste collection team.

Disgusting pathetic council. Avoid dealing with Merton Council as they will do anything to take money of you. Doesn't even deserve even a one star.
