Rang ahead as I had a flat, was dealt with as soon as I got there – couldn’t fault anything - whole team really efficient, friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend enough!
They were very busy when I visited. I gave them a miss as I was unable to wait about a day. My partner had two new tyres fitted about a year ago, and was very satisfied.

Very disappointed, we've used then many times over the years. Not as efficient as usual. Said it would take about 2 hours for 2 tyres ended up as 3 hours. Won't be going back in a hurry.
Took my Fiat 500 in for tyres tracking and a back box. Excellent customer service go above and beyond to resolve any issues you may have. No hassle, service, friendly polite, what more do you want. And very reasonable prices. Would totally recommend. I will most certainly be going back. For those of you not aware they also do services. Thanks guys. See you soon but not to soon l hope

I ordered the wrong tyres online and the staff just sorted it out at no extra cost despite me wasting their time on what was a very busy day. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Even got a call from Head Office to check all was ok . Thanks!
Very good, they seemed to be under pressure, but they solved my problem even if I had no booking and I was on my way after only a few hours,
I booked my car in for a service and 2 new tires. I arrived at 7h55 and waited for them to open in order to drop my car off at 8am as I was told. It turns out that you wait for them as they only arrive at around 8am and still need to open up. I then get told that my car wasn’t booked in, even though the booking was confirmed, we even had a detailed discussion regarding my aircon. I will never use them again, second bad experience out of 3 visits.
AVOID - the tyres more expensive than elsewhere. Management are not very good at managing customer expectations. I've used them twice and both times they've not done the thing they were asked to do. Avoid and go to one of the number of other brilliant / independent garages in Thame instead.
