Wonderful relaxed oasis in busy London. Attention to detail in decor and food impressive. Enjoyed our meal immensely.A haven for foodies.Although rather corporate in clientele it did not detract from our tranquil experience. Clever use of materials made for an unexpected quiet atmosphere even so restaurant busy. Lighting and artwork complimented the culinary delights. Unexpected small choice but perfectly executed. Cannot wait to go back.

Wow! Me and my wife had the tasting menu with wine pairing. Great flavours, textures and balance with a few hidden surprises, combined with excellent, friendly, attentive, but not intrusive, service. That owner/chef Monica Galetti took a tour in the restaurant and said hello to each guest, was an extra bonus. I can only recommend this experience to anyone visiting London.

Excellent experience. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food too is great. My only critique would be that the menu was not as imaginative as I had hopped. Still the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Loved the Rhubarb desert.

Wonderful food with great taste by Monica. Her husband David was really friendly and approachable. All the staff were attentive and welcoming. I love the octopus and the main course, veal, was cooked perfectly! The dessert portion was good. Excellent value for a top class restaurant!

Just been to Monica Galetti's restaurant Mere (couple of minutes walk from Goodge Street tube) for lunch. Elegant modern interior with a relaxed vibe. Impeccable and friendly service throughout. (The staff are genuinely interested in what you thought about your experience ) The starter of a veal scotch egg was absolutely delicious followed by a melt in the mouth main of pork belly. The lemon dessert looked exquisite and tasted the same. Everything pitch perfect. Meal, cocktail and coffee about £55 per head including service. Worth every penny. Wheelchair accessible.
