tried reporting a battery problem while under their short warranty, no help or assist was given,  and was told i was responsible..  ended up paying for my own battery. i only just found out after speaking to motor legal protection that i had 6 months from purchase date to make a complaint, and it was upto the seller to replace the battery or faulty part.  aftersales have no recommendations or knowledge of where to take the car if a fault was to develop.

Called at 11am to ask about viewing a car and drove it away by 2pm! Fantastic service from the three guys in the office. Very fair part ex price for my daughter's old car and the new Peugeot was in excellent condition and well priced. Can't fault them and happy to use them again. Thanks guys

Do not buy from here....... Typical back street Dealers. Bought a BMW X6 seemed fine but after 2 weeks knocking on Engine and intermittent starting. Found out its had an Engine replacement with absolutely nothing being said about this on Auto trader, also seems to have been in accident on the front end, but again nothing on car checks ect.  Tried ringing numerous times for phone to be put down, I've contacted trading standards, I won't let this rest.  How can say it was 2 years ago???? It was literally about 8 weeks ago

Rubbish cars with fake warranties.  Edit: The car was sold to my son Scott Walker. The car was a right mess, you said you were going to replace some missing door trim, which never happened. The car literally 5 days later developed an ignition problem, which ended up being a £300 repair for a completely new ignition system and old tired out battery Stop/Start battery. We spoke to an AA man a couple of months later and he was flabbergast the car was supposed to be serviced before release of sale, not a prayer. It was he who said warranties offered by places "like this" are 99% of the time B.S. Then you stopped answering your phone to my son. Lesson learned, look at ALL reviews before using.

I had a great experience with QMS, they explained the detail of the car over the phone and answered all my questions. I needed to view the car,  and if OK, drive it home that day, so they MOT'd it and prepared it for me in advance. The car was just as detailed,  I had a test drive, and the purchase was quick and easy. I would use QMS again.

I was looking for a car to buy i phoned this company, which are lovely group of People, They told me a time and day to come and view a car. No problems at all! Excellent service would highly recommend. I would also recommend people to call and have a look at the wonderful cars that they also have to offer. Also thank you for my lovely car i didn't realise I paid too much for this car and the gentleman was honest and it goes a long way, he gave me some money back after finding out i paided too much.

Recently purchased a lovely Nissan micra as my sons first car and he loves it. The car is in great condition inside and out and my son says it’s a very smooth drive. The service was exceptional with the car being home delivered within hours of making the first enquiry. So far, so good! Hopefully I can come back and leave another review after having the car for a few weeks and it will be another 5 stars. Thank you so much
