Great decision as a first time customer to choose Mercian Skip Hire. Needed a skip quickly so phoned and spoke to Darren at 08.30 who was incredibly helpful and somehow against all expectations he sorted a delivery and had skip on drive by 09.30. I filled skip and asked for a quick collection which to my astonishment was collected later the same day. So brilliantly helpful at office and delivery driver so if you need a skip this is the place to go.

I only use Mercian skip hire for many years. If people ask if I know any skip companies I will always give them their number. The only problem I have is getting the prices on there Internet site but there is a telephone number there. That you very much Mercian.
When looking for an alternative to a skip due to location, I looked at different places, but when I saw that Mercian Skip Hire was starting this service I knew there was no better choice due to their positive reputation. Andy the man in the van was polite and had a positive attitude and as soon as he arrived he got straight to work loading the van with the items that we wanted removing. The price was reasonable for the amount of stuff we wanted removing, and by using Mercian we knew that everything possible would be recycled and not go to land fill or dumped down the road. Will be using the service again when there is more stuff to be removed / recycled
Used Mercian for a medium skip to help with some sorting out pre house move. Great, accurate, swift service, very easy to deal with, and the colleagues that I spoke to on the phone were a great example of customer service, a rarity nowdays....not all waste management services are the same, would not have think twice about using again....thankyou Mercian.

The staff are extremely polite, professional and helpful, offering a great service which is also a great price too. They take great care ensuring the skip is the correct size for individual requirements , asking relevant questions. On delivery the driver ensured the skip was placed exactly where it was needed, being mindful not to cause any inconvenience to others. Delivery and collection has been first class. Great team from start to finish can’t fault the service. Delivered an 8 yarder for me and as soon as that was full they swapped it out for another 8 yarder very quickly, I am going to call again for a mini skip tomorrow as my project is nearing the end ! Fantastic service and will be my first choice for skips in the future. Booked and paid online which was quick and easy. Skip arrived on time, and was clean and in good condition. Quick phone call to book collection. Really helpful, polite and accommodating as I needed collection within a specific window. Well Done Mercian!
