I was waiting for my order over 3 weeks. Try to contact them for a few days through email, Facebook and I tried to call them but they didn’t answer. After 3 weeks They send only a half of my order. Try to call them to get my money back for the rest of my order but I can’t contact with them till now. They still own me some money!

Starting using Mercers recently & they have been spot on 100% of the time. The prices are superb & they can get you anything at short notice, well worth a look for tools/consumables & any metals.

Ordered an item was told it would take 7-10 days to be delivered, didn't hear back, finally I called to cancel the order after 30 days of no contact or feedback. Poor customer service.

Always been very friendly and helpful with me. No purchase too small.

AVOID - Items where missing from my order, and then they proceeded to ignore all my contact to resolve this. Very un-professional. Disappointing

If they don't have it, they do there best to source it for you
