I have used Mercedes Stratford for repairs since I first got my car, first off let me just say that this is pure proof that because Mercedes have dealership the use it to deceive and manipulate you about your repairs. Do not bother complaining because superiors are clearly aware of what's going in this dealership. John specifically who lies constantly keeps my car for 6 weeks and overcharges me for unnecessary repairs and lies about the repairs in official document. I don't see the point in consumers rights when everything they do is completely brushed under the carpet. I've bought washing machine that have lasted longer than a £20k vehicle that is supposedly "not what your used too". Yeah it's probably not because I am not used to being belittle and constantly taking for a mug. Mercedes have safety recall issues and lie about it, they have constant red flags and they lie about it. **AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Good Customer Service they provided it to me however wasn't happy with the service they provided to my car, gave them the car with 3 Dashboard lights on and when i came to pick up one of the light was still on and then he explained me something in his own technical language which didn't make sense to me and said we will have to book the car back again.

Not bad at all..staff are very friendly..free drinks while you wait..but didn't you used to have free cans of coke?..Now its just diet..and who drinks that huh?...I was in and out very quickly with a free lift to Stratford Station..thanks very much..I will be back.

I took my work van in there to repair a “power steering fluid leak”. There was a pipe which the fluid ran through and got connected with a jubilee clip, which was over tightened and caused a hair line crack. They just topped up the fluid and told me it was repaired after just one hour. At the time, I didn’t know what the problem was, until I had to take it to another garage literally 2 days later. I took it in and they diagnosed the problem straight away and found there was a bracket near the radiator which was left loose, not even fixed back by Mercedes. I know Mercedes have a good demand on their cars, but this place with their knowledge and customer service put shame on the company over all. I was well disappointed and would never recommend this place if you drive a Mercedes yourself.

Used a few times now not the greatest service in terms of getting things sorted everyone is polite tho especially the staff at front desk but my problem is took to long to solve problems and couple of times after getting my car back from service car wasn’t washed as promised and the main thing is my car had a problem and they wanted to keep it over night for the technician to drive home I said yes to this of course but what I was disappointed with was I have a dash cam and he deleted most of the videos now if you haven’t got nothing to hide why delete the videos off my camera if he had a problem with the camera call me and tell me camera can’t be on for this reason don’t just touch my camera and start deleting things off it my camera is wired to the engine so every time it’s on the camera comes on anyway what he didn’t realise is that once you delete 5 videos it’s takes 3-4 minutes for the older ones to upload and he didn’t know that he though he deleted them all but he didn’t he left the main 1 of him deleting the rest. And 10 minute build up to that happening. Also last time I got my car back it wasn’t washed and the next day I noticed my passenger door was damaged now I can’t say 100% it was done there but my gut really does tell me it was but I can’t prove it. Lesson learned always check your car before you leave!! And if it isn’t washed that’s a sign.
