My wife and I recently had our C180 cars serviced at Mercedes-Benz Macclesfield. Alex Malcolm looks after us and always provides an excellent service. Although both cars are now 12 years old they are still running like new. We wouldn’t have our cars serviced anywhere else.

I just wanted to say what fantastic service I received from Mercedes Benz of Macclesfield. I bought a C220 estate from them 4 months ago and this week it developed an electrical fault. I took it to my local dealer in Blackpool for them to investigate and was told that this was not covered by the warranty but they would contact head office and where I bought it from to see if they would bear the cost. They called Mercedes in Macclesfield and they agreed to pay for the work as a good will gesture with no arguing or fuss. Thank you so much. I will certainly be back in touch when I am looking for my next car.

We bought a family car here recently and all I can say is I was amazed by the high level of customer service. I had browsed around here before and I was greeted by a Paul who seemed to just help with my general questions rather than push me to buy any car at all. I still wasn’t sure weather to buy a new car at the time so I went away and almost forgot about the idea. I came back to this dealership because of the level of customer service is was shown previously and was once again greeted by Paul who talked me through the specs and prices of the different models of interest. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

My husband and I had a great experience at this dealership. After looking for a new car for some time Josh and the team made the experience wonderful, the purchase was easy and we were treated with great care to ensure we had the right car for us. 
I have no doubt we would’ve loved our CLA from any dealership but the overall experience and the contact since has been great. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I recently bought a car from Paul in this garage. He is a great ambassador for the company. I found him to be very professional and not pushy (like many are in the industry). Paul was very helpful - even after the sale; which speaks volumes. I would highly recommend any one looking for a Mercedes to see if he has the car you are looking for. You won’t be disappointed.
