I have left my car with this dealership several times, and every visit has ended in frustration. The customer service is terrible, and both the mechanics and the store manager have proven to be dishonest. The most recent one my GLB, just over three years old, had a gearbox issue and was recovered to this location. The following day, I was informed that only an error code needed clearing, but I immediately noticed a grinding noise and reported it. They claimed their technician didn’t hear anything during the test drive.nnThe car was returned the next day, but it remained with them for three weeks as it ultimately needed a gearbox replacement. While the repair was covered under warranty due to a manufacturer fault thankfully at no cost to me, it’s outrageous that a gearbox should fail on a car that’s only three years old.nnWhen I finally got my car back with the new gearbox, I was shocked to discover more than 10 new chips on the front bonnet and multiple long scratches on the passenger-side mirrors. The dealership is now denying any responsibility for the damage. This is an unprofessional operation with poorly trained technicians. Avoid this dealership at all costs.nnGet in touch with me if you have had similar experince with this store.
I want to commend the team at Mercedes-Benz of Aylesbury for the consistently excellent service I’ve received during every visit. After moving house, I tried the dealership closer to my new location, but the experience didn’t compare. The quality of service here is unmatched, and despite the longer distance, I chose to return. It’s absolutely worth it for the outstanding care and professionalism they provide.

When I accidentally locked my keys in the car after hours, Neil went out of his way to assist me, even though it was entirely my fault.
