I came with family to buy car.  We are driving Mercedes more than 30 years and been to so many show rooms. The experience we had here with Mr Dee Patwal has been the best experience we’ve ever had. Booking staff need training. Called for a recall. On the phone they told me it would take an hour and I said that’s fine I will wait. Got to the showroom at 8:30 and they told me it will be a whole day thing. If I was made aware at the time of booking I would have made arrangements! Totally unacceptable and they need training.

Mercedes Benz Lakeside, highly recommended. I bought my first Mercedes car from here and very happy with their service. Jack from sales helped me to find an appropriate car for me. He is super professional. Sarah from service department was very friendly and go extra miles to sort out your car issues.  I had one concern about my car. Manager Mark assured me that he will look after it, if it arise in future and dealt with me very professionally.  Andy from parts department is super friendly, polite and helpful. He listen to you, try to find the exact part and some cases find help to fit it for you. He is super nice with me. Thanks Andy for your assistance.  Last but not in the list, the face of Mercedes Benz Lakeside, Shelley and Sonia. They are super welcoming, sort out your queries very promptly and offer you all the goodies. Thumbs up for the team. Excellent service from this dealer, Wesley and his colleagues were extremely helpful in preparing the car and with the sales side of things. Not being from the area I had a problem in picking up the car so they delivered it in person, great customer service!

Amazing service from Dee, he’s helped find my dream car. Very patient & helpful. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. Emrah was exceptional in his delivery and explanation of the Merc SL43 He prepared an impressive video of the vehicle prior to my arrival  Great young guy, has good knowledge of what he is selling  collection day the car was spectacular, Emrah had ensured the car sparkling from every angle. From entering Mercedes-Benz Lakeside, you are met with a warm reception. I was seen by sales Rep Dee, and he made the experience easy and well detailed. To the point both my partner and I decided to get new cars We only stepped in to browse. I would recommend getting a car here as they  walk you through the whole process until you drive out the dealership.  I am a very happy customer. Thank you Dee!!!

Mercedes Lakeside  Pretty bad experience. We had our car booked for MOT and it was given back to us with a damaged wheel. I have asked for CCTV for more than 1 week. No one hit back to me during this time unfortunately. I had to go back to them today and still no response. They are asking footage from my dash cam. There were no pictures taken of my car before the MOT, as their procedure requires. One of the managers told me that the dent was already there and definitely was not damaged in their compound. Also the dash cam stopped working during the inspection and they don’t know/couldn’t switch in on again. Mercedes extras fitted camera. Looking forward to see how all this will be sorted.  Lack of customer service, zero communication. Stop treating clients like this and try to help instead

Dee has been outstanding with his service of picking up our new vehicle. He went over & beyond to ensure that things were suitable to our liking and for that, we are exceptionally happy with our visit today!
