Visited the practice recently and found all staff members to be professional polite and caring. Dr Ali is a fantastic dentist, he was accommodating, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He made me feel at ease and I was satisfied with the service received. Deborah is a lovely receptionist and the nurses are great too. I would recommend this Dental practice to anyone considering an appointment here.

This review is long overdue but I really did want to document the excellent service I received at Merali Dental Clinic. I had my teeth whitened back in October 2022 and I felt incredibly well cared for and the treatment was great! Would highly recommend this dental clinic to all who want a fair price for their treatments and excellent service from practitioners!

I’ve been attending Murali  for approximately 14 years and have always been happy with the service and treatment, from receptionist to dental nurses and dentists. Dr Amit is Professional,  yet makes you feel at ease. He takes time to consult and is Informative with Great results. Highly recommended.

Ok so I had a tooth out yesterday without sedation- the first time in 40 years. I usually get sedated as I’m really scared after a bad experience when younger. My dentist persuaded me to try without sedation as there is a long wait. I have to say she was amazing. Her name is Krishani Kalyan and she was true to her word that she would treat me with care. I have been using this surgery for a few years now. The staff are always friendly, kind and professional. Of course there was some discomfort with the injections but I did not feel the tooth coming out. I had no pain after but a slight ache last night which paracetamol cleared.  Krishani gave me full instructions for the aftercare.  I will always be nervous at the dentist but whilst Krishani Kalyan is doing my teeth I will be a lot less scared.

Merali Dental is one of the best Dentist I’ve ever been too, Ali Al Bakri was very gentle when I had my teeth removed. Prices are reasonable and affordable. If you’re looking for a dentist then go to Merali Dental!

Very happy!!  Deborah receptionist, Abeera dental hygienist and the nurse were extremely professional, thorough and kind!  Totally recommend, great work, keep it up!!

Today I have visited the Merali dental practice. The staff were fantastic, polite and helpful. Dr Ali was very nice, professional and very knowledgeable. He gave us good advice and carried a professional dental check up to my children. Thank you

I just want to start by saying a BIG " THANK YOU" to Dr. Fatma for making this experience so nice and comfortable. I went there to do a filling to one of my tooth, and I never had an infection. Dr. Fatma was so kind, calm, and she made me calm down my anxiety. I didn't feel a think, the tooth is perfect. The front desk assistants are very kind, profesional and always  welcomes you with a smile! Personally I think this clinic deserves at least 4.5starts . Amazing team and  amazing clinic. I personally recommend it 10/10

I have been going to this practise for over 25 years. There have been many different receptionists over the years. I have found the current one Mumtaz to be very helpful to me. She always tries to accommodate despite the difficulty of availability of appointments. Sadly my regular dentist passed away but I am sure the new one will be as excellent as he was. Maybe those who feel the reception is unhelpful should try and start the day with a smile ! I find it helps to be nice to people and courteous !!
