Really can't complain as I went there for the first time yesterday and was at the till 3 times and still went back today. Their sale is amazing but I can't say the same for customer service. Making my first visit yesterday I entered through the main doors having seen a 40 pound jacket dropped to 40 next to the doors. I brought it straight to the nearest till as it was the only one I could see. I was rudely told by a member of staff to go to a different till, I assumed this was because there was no staff at the till. However when approaching the other till which is more to the side, out of the way and isn't watched by any staff, it was too not being watched. Being in twice and spending plenty of time on the store I learned this is the main till they use, yet staff are no where to be seen near it.
Tucked away upstairs is a selection of quality kitchenware. It's not that the quality has had any perceptible beneficial effect on my cooking, just like to buy stuff that's well made.
Went during the sale and treated myself 2 a beautiful outfit . Loads of choice, wonderful quality, and ridiculous low prices. Win win!!
Great selection of household and clothing. Staff very helpful and knowledgable about products. Great bargains and special shopping events.
Great little store for the essentials that you need inside has a wall is and other clothing stores. Picked up cheap Yankee candle when I was in store.
Not interested in accessibility for disabled customers and aren't interested when you raise it to them. Assume it's the same for people with prams also.
