Called in to get bed sheets etc. and were lucky to take advantage of their sale. Sad though that upstairs is now closed. It's as if they are downsizing. I hope that's all and they are not closing down because we are so lucky to have a store like this in our town.
Bought actifry end of September. Chips not nice, tried every way. Took it back to Menarys Newtownards. The staff member and manager were extreemly unhelpful. Would not accept it back. Go to Amazon for better service. Terrible experience.
Love menarys it sells everything u need , and staff always greet you when u walk in . A very pleasant place to shop
Old building, fusty smell in some of the areas. Not a great shopping experience, could do with modernising.
There is a good range of clothing at this store for the older woman.
Menarys in general has become very disappointing,not enough staff,limited selection of products, and Lisburn and Bangor stores are too cramped

Visited to return an item. No problem.
Not as good as it was. Poor layout. No lift for people with mobility problems or in wheelchairs to get to the clothing store. Prices can be quite expensive
