Please note if you enter this car park after 4 pm Mon - Sat you cannot book longer than 6 pm. If you turn up at 4.30 pm they will charge you for 2 hours but you ticket will run out at 6 pm then if you try to extend your stay it defaults to a one off charge of £5.70. Why you cannot arrive at 3/4/5 pm and book 3 or 4 hours is beyond. Another rip off. Even better is if you leave the car park at 6 pm and drive straight back in they only charge you £1.50 until 5.59 am. Ludicrous !!!!
Very spacious and easy accesible car par. Easy walk to Mell Square and Touchwood mall. Parking levels can be accessed by stairs or lift. Pay machine is bit tricky, with less clear instruction. You need to have coins to pay, as machine dont accept contctless or card. Board says you can pay by mobile, which I have not tried. Not sure of App payment.
great parking. also open at night. however that tall idjot told us it closed at 9 pm. luckily friends had warned us otherwise. change controller.
Used the car park today. Plenty of space early morning. Currently no card payment only CASH.
Machines didn’t work with either cash, contactless or chip & PIN. Tried via Text and also had issues and was diverted to a real person! He managed to arrange my parking fee without any further issues.
Nice car park to get to Mell square.
Beware! The prices listed on their website are incorrect and it's actually more expensive to park there. It's also really hard to pay contactless. Make sure you have a back up card if expecting to use you phone to pay. Very bad of Solihull council to allow this
Easy to use car park, can exit by foot into Mell Square, Morrisons or the post office collection point.
It's pay and display which is quite outdated but you can pay via phone... always has space, easy to leave and close to the high street by about 3 mins walk
Hi like going to Mell Square Solihull there is plenty of shops there are plenty o places to eat their is a Cinamas they is plenty of places just to. have a drink there a plenty of seating areas also.
