Quirky rustic place to eat! Pizza nights run during the summer months. Spaced out eating spots around the mill. Fairy lights and arches make this an enchanting place especially in the evening. Fire pits add to the outdoor rustic dining experience. Wine, bottled lagers and soft drinks served along side freshly made pizza's cooked in the pizza oven on site. Definitely worth a visit.
Wonderful little place. A fun little nature walk for young and old alike. Excellent cafe with lots of tasty food options, including cream teas. Very generous portions and really well priced. The little shop is a nice spot to purchase from local artists. Will recommend to all our friends and hopefully visit again soon!
We experienced our first pizza evening yesterday and we can honestly say we was not disappointed one bit. A lovely location, nice wood fired pizza - nice and thin! Don't hesitate to get booked in and enjoy. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza! Parking: Not sure on the numbers, but there seemed plenty around the side.
Stunning place, had a drink in idyllic setting over looking a picturesque pond with nuthatches and other birds. Interesting to see the old mill and have a look around the little arts and crafts shop. Yummy cakes and lovely staff. Will be back!
Melinsey Mills is an eccentric & different place to have a tea or homemade lunch in a hidden spot in a Cornish Valley near Truro. The place has a very interesting and antique mill that is currently working. The cafe is set around a pound with rustic tables and chairs, you can walk around the pond to see a display of curiosities that made the walk interesting. The food and service was good. Nice experience in a different place.
Lovely little place. Tucked away with a pretty pond. Good wholesome food.
Such a beautiful place and had we not have took a wrong turn, we would never have found it. It was meant to be. The ploughman's lunch and cream tea were delicious. Can't wait till next year so we can visit again.
What a gem. Delicious home made food in a delightful setting. Perfect for kids or adults. Even on a cold day I would highly recommend. Go for the hot soup and bread whilst sitting near a real fire looking out at the pond.
Fab place to come for a stroll around the amazing spaces and lots of lovely coffee, cake and savoury delights on offer. A wildlife haven and with free entry, what's not to love! Highly recommended
A fantastic place for lunch or a cream tea on a sunny afternoon. Delicious sandwiches, ample cream teas, and a great range of home made cakes. Sit by the duck pond, at tables or in a Sheppard's hut. Dogs are welcome, and there is a short walk through the woods along the pond side. Highly recommended!
