We had 2 fish suppers - great as always with the fish cooked perfectly so that the batter has a good crunch to it. Only chipper I eat the whole fish/batter - we're regulars and never had a bad supper - thanks you guys are a great team

After a lovely evening on the beach .. my partner and myself thought it would be a lovely treat to have fish and chips from our local fish bar. Unfortunately after paying and returning home and opening our scampi and chips and haddock and chips …. We were well dissatisfied and disappointed, paying £12 we found very little to be happy about poor quality scampi.. could of got better from Iceland partners haddock was reasonable but very little chips . And over done and loads of little bits .. I think the Friday night fish suppers will be from Inverurie from now on
Fish was great and we had plenty of food
Wait is quite long with orders placed on telephone taking precedence so you seem to be pushed back in queue constantly by telephone orderers arriving. Quality of chips is good. Fish is OK but batter has changed and is very rubberry instead of the usual crisp batter. Friendly staff.
The length of the wait suggested the food was cooked to order. All red puddings I have had elsewhere have a degree of moisture, i.e. fat, in them. This one was dry to the point of being tasteless and not the least enjoyable. The chips and fish had a look of being pre-cooked and then heated up in oil that was not hot enough. I'm not saying that was the case, but that was how it looked. Overall, very disappointed.
Delicous fish & chips & the best chicken fillets i have ever tasted. Friendly staff. Well done keep up the good work in this dfficult times
