Top rated on Google. Whilst visiting Portsmouth, visited Mehmet once, liked it so much, I went back a few more times All the staff including Ellie made me feel very welcome to the area and service was good. Definitely one of the best lamb doners in my time.
Mehmet’s is a top favourite restaurant of ours… we come at least once a week. The food is always delicious and the staff are always so friendly and a happy to help with any questions about the menu when you want to try something new. Our server today was Ellie and she was lovely, and couldn’t do more for us and checking in that we were ok while dining in.

Loved the food, every single dish we ordered was amazing. So many vegetarian options as well. The staff was very nice and the owner was lovely, would definitely pay a visit again when we travel to Portsmouth
We have used Mehmet Kitchen a few times for takeaway, but decided to eat in recently, Nikki was fantastic very attentive and friendly. We asked for recommendations as we wanted to try different dishes from what we had previously and it was all just wonderful. Thank you so much for a lovely meal and evening.
