Had takeaway from Mega House tonight - Crispy Duck pancakes etc. Excellent duck and a very good portion. Never had food from here before but now we have a menu will definitely use them again. Have seen some bad comments about the delivery men but our man tonight was excellent, nice guy and very polite.
I placed an order to collect, it’s was 20 mins late, the chap behind the counter did not apologise, or acknowledge my waiting time. Upon opening my order, I realised that my meal was not correct. After arguing with the same chap on the phone, and warning him about his cheeky attitude, the replacement meal was sent to me, without any offer of compensation. Great food, and normally great service however the new chap with long hair is letting your award winning business down, can I suggest you deal with the issue.
The standards have dropped drastically!....... Hygiene, customer interaction and deliveries/delivery times have all suffered. Add this to their unpredictable holiday schedule and return dates from holiday??????, all makes for REALLY terrible service to a community. Foot Note.......... When this place is on form, it's passable and edible. 25% of the time. When this place is off form, it's absolutely dire! Another Foot Note........... This review is based on the people currently running this take-away, and not the previous folk, pre-2018.

I've been 4 times now and have been really impressed with the food and service. I was veery surprised at the other bad reviews as I was happy with it.
Had high hopes for it from what people have told me but it took and hour and a half to come.... the food was cold and the drink was warm... sorry to say but not nice in the slightest! Very upsetting considering it cost £15 for cold food and a warm drink I will not be going back! I'm not rating it one star I just had to put a star to post...
Ordered tonight at 6.50pm to be told my delivery will be be in 20 mins an hour later was still waiting and then to be told they had no order for me and argued I hadn't even placed an order they even hung up on me. Never in 8 years of ordering from here had I suffered such shocking service this takeaway has really gone down hill and will not be ordering from them again the new so called management have no customer service skills or apologetic manner for the way they spoke to me tonight.
Food is exceptional. Can't wait for an excuse to go again...
