Went for our 6 year anniversary & was such a pleasant experience from the start. The food was so delicious. They kindly gave us a complimentary glass of wine which was such a lovely gesture. The staff are exceptionally friendly but in the most normal , natural way. The chef I think it was the head chef anyways managed to bring out one of our dishes which is a nice personal touch and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. The decor is minimal but very well executed. A huge selection of wine of course. We stayed two hours and didn’t feel pressured to leave like I’ve experienced in some restaurants with back to back bookings. I’d highly recommend and already have to all my friends. Such an asset to the area. Thanks for such a lovely evening guys
Menu is fantastic. Really strong flavours and interesting food choices. The selection of wine is great & staff have good knowledge & recommendations. Will be sad to see it go
Always wanted to visit this cafe, and everything turned out to be perfect. Oat flatwhite tasted really good and smooth. The buns were soft and tasty!
We saw this reviewed in the press so decided to give it a go. The only time available was about 4pm, which was probably the wrong decision, this place I'd say is much better of an evening in terms of experience. It's also an awkward time for eating we had foregone lunch so we were more hungry than we would have been. Place was relatively empty and we were brought upstairs and had the room to ourselves, so not a lot of atmosphere. Lovely staff, very friendly and explained the concept, small plates sharing with a glass of wine. Ordered the Croquettes, tempura kalletes, Cauliflower and Crab Sandwich, their speciality. Everything was good but a couple of dishes just a little over seasoned for our taste. The sunchoke that comes with the crab is seasoned with old bay, which is quite overpowering, you need it for the richness of the sandwich but herself didnt like this dish at all. I really enjoyed the cauliflower. After a while we felt a little chilly and would be a concern if we were coming of an evening. They assisted with the wine selection which was quite nice. I would like to give this place a try in the evening and have a glass and a plate to get a better sense of atmosphere. They handwrite the receipt which is a nice touch. Good addition for those that live locally.
We had just stumbled upon Table Wine and figured we’d have a drink as it looked cute, but then once we saw their set menu decided to treat ourselves on our last night before our flight the next day. We’re so glad we did! We had been traveling Ireland for the last two weeks and it was definitely the top meal we had while there. The portions were huge and everything was so delicious. The service was also great, with everyone making you feel as if they were actually happy you were there. Would recommend to anyone in Dublin or visiting!
Incredible food, lovely staff, delicious wine. Will definitely be back!
I've been twice within a few weeks and haven't been disappointed. Its a set menu with around 3 choices for each course. I've had the mackerel and the pork belly mains and really enjoyed both, the mackerel was cooked perfectly and the potatoes with the pork were UNREAL! I would have eaten a bowl of those alone. There are side plate options and we had the padron peppers, which were delicious and spicy. The only disappointment was the lack of non alcoholic drink options, it would be nice to have a couple of non alcoholic wines on the menu as there are so many good options on the market now. A little gem of a restaurant that I will be back to for sure
good service, aesthetic, variety of appetizing options. BUT i ordered the red pepper focaccia bread and chocolate chip cookie and BOTH were so salty I could not eat them. Saltiest food I have ever had. It was practically inedible : Maybe I just was not lucky.
Great food. Great coffee. Great staff. The Eggs and Greens dish was beautiful and it was super fresh and well presented. Had a cake treat for pudding...a good place to indulge! Tip the staff - they’re awesome!
Excellent fresh brunch and coffee. The focus of the dishes was more on the quality of the food and much less on overwhelming you with flavors and salt. Very refreshing.
