Took just under two hours to come, absolutely ridiculous. For a two hour wait, barely luke warm food that didn’t particularly look appetising, it was no where near worth it.You can get food just as nice from mcdonald’s. Food was nothing special and the crepe didn’t look nice, nore did it taste that great when we tried it. Called to complain and all they said was that we’d get a discount, absolutely ridiculous.
Ordered on Uber Eats from the new Ormskirk restaurant as there is a promotion on currently. It took awhile, however the restaurant is still relatively new and with the promotion I expect it has been busy so I had predicted this. The food was good, burger was amazing and they read my notes asking for certain ingredients off. The cheese fries were deceptive in a good way as it first appeared as though there was only a small spattering of cheese in the middle. However my disappointment was short lived as the cheese was all the way to the bottom! Something which is rare with any kind of cheesy fries. The onion rings were nice, however instead of receiving 5 I received 4 and then two of some kind of Mac and cheese triangle? They were nice and there were two of them in lieu of my missing onion ring so wasn’t a big deal, just thought it was odd as I couldn’t see a similar item on their menu. The only true disappointment was the small portion of mozzarella dippers! We wished we’d ordered 6 when we finished them. Overall food was good and I will likely be returning and recommending to friends.
We came to liverpool we r not local we saw this olave and went because it was giving a good vibe but as soon as we entered the prices where over the moon but we tought the food will be nice. When the food came the food wasn’t worth what we paid and let’s not talk about the service they gave us the burger meal without any tray just wrapped in aluminium foil. Holding in hands no tissue papers we did have to ask three tome for tissue paper and we order 4 burger meals and only got one sauce tub.
Disappointing. We ordered from Southport Eats. This was the first order from Hey Burger and we will not order again. Food flavour was okay, arrived warm and on time. But the amount and value for money was very poor. My son had an original XL Burger and fries. It was comparable to a McDonald's double cheeseburger and fries. However it was twice the price He also had a strawberry junction crepe. This was cold, chewy and pathetic. Digestive biscuit was missing and it really needed a big dollop of clotted cream to make it worthwile. I had signature fries, luckily I wasn't very hungry. Served in a small burger box, I counted 6 small pieces of chopped up chicken, on top of a miserly portion of fries, smothered in melted cheese slices, it was overwhelmed with jalapeño peppers. Certainly not worth £5.99. At a total of over £26, including delivery, we definitely will not be back.
Most horrific experience. Ordered a crepe and milkshake online for delivery. Description stated that it came with chocolate in which I am allergic to not anaphylactic severe, but do get poorly when eaten so I called up to ask them to remove the chocolate component and was assured it didn't even come with this on anyway. Crepe arrived and low and behold, it contained chocolate. I rang back and was told it is standard that this comes on it, so contradictory to what I was initially told and I'd rang specifically so this wasn't the case. They told me they'd bring another one round but this was a fair amount of time after I'd ordered and was now unwanted, so I within right, asked for a refund. Was told that he would speak to the manager and call me back. I am still waiting for the phone call to this day. I have messaged through google, Instagram and have not received a response. The acknowledgment was there from them answering the phone, just not interested in taking action. Safe to say I will not be retuning.
Not good for the price, took a while to deliver but as can be expected been a late order. since eating here all 3 of us have been sick all night & had to call in work sick.Food: 1/5
The food was mostly good other than the bacon burger which came with the bacon and the burger meat burnt and gross, the bun was smushed and ripped not holding the burger together properly. Ordered food at 5 was due to come at 6:15-6:30 was told it was on its way when it wasn’t even made got a call at 6:50 to tell us they just finished making the food but didn’t have the drinks we wanted was told it would be here in the next 5-10 minutes. Called again at 7:10 to ask where it was and he said it would be here in 5 minutes which it finally did arrive. Overall not happy with my service. I asked for some money back on my order and got a message saying that they will not which I find ridiculous due to the way the food came after 2 hours of ordering it. Don’t think I’ll ever be ordering again as this is the 4th time this has happened.
Ordered via Deliveroo, order arrived on time and food was hot. Amazing burger but a little more salad would be nice, burger sauce is great, chips nice wih peri-peri salt. Ordered Half Moon waffle, was amazing very chocolaty!. Very happy would buy from again.
Brilliant over the phone service as food was slightly late - came not long after phoning the shop to enquire. Fabulous desserts. 100% recommend.Food: 5/5
The food is great, we had a delivery which took an hour and a half. The food was warm and the drinks cold which is what we wanted although I ordered a bubble tea and it arrived without any bubbles in it which was disappointingFood: 4/5
