I did register my cat to this vets but l cancelled. You shouldn't be made to feel that you are a bad owner , just because you haven't taken your animal to the vets for a while. He was more interested in  finding out if l had pet insurance for her. Took her somewhere elsewhere else. Didnt ask if l had any insurance. She has a slight problem which wasn't life threating.

Took our cat fudge to see them yesterday 21/4/2017. Fudge went missing for a week and we wanted her checked over. The  veterinary nurses were fabulous and polite, made a fuss of fudge. The vet was also very knowable and kind and we had fudge chipped. Have registered fudge with them and look forwards to seeing these lovely people again.... well worth the money spent. Well ladies and gents there ...... Excellent service five star plus rating

The staff were really happy and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff were polite and professional and paid an interest in my cats when we came in. Getting an appointment for annual boosters was easy, next day appointment. Very reassuring for our 1st visit.
