I couldn’t recommend Medivet Canvey Island enough. They have been amazing this past year with my fur babies. I lost one of my cats in April, i was devastated and the front desk staff was nothing but kind, gentle and caring when I brought him in to say goodbye to have him cremated.nI since have another cat who is undergoing treatment as he is now incontinent after a RTA. Ian his vet has been wonderful.. just so compassionate, kind and supportive. I am so grateful he was on shift the day of the accident one Saturday morning. We have a long road ahead but I feel positive thanks to Ian and the team and cannot thank them enough!
Brilliant Vets, snipped and chipped my kitten, always helpful, always caring, and always smiling! Thank you all so much for all your wonderful advice. And a special thank you to the ladies who snipped a VERY grumpy little madam this morning, you were so helpful, the Furry Menace is sitting quietly sulking! Highly recommend if you care for your pets!
A great choice of vet. We've been using Medivet since 2017 and it was a great move, Maurino Luis is an excellent vet and great surgeon, the team are all very caring and friendly. All three procedures we've had done with our two dogs has had great outcomes. They even recommended a great insurer.
I just wanna write this review to say how thankful i am, today 26th sept my cat got out and hid out the front to an area i couldn’t access her, i called the vets for advice on what to do and the lady was so incredibly nice as i was in hysterics, she calmed me down and told me everything i had done so far was the right thing and as it was cold and i had already been trying to get her back inside for 4 hours she gave me the best advice possible and recommended a group that can come and help me get her out, i dont know what i would of done if i didnt make the choice to call up and ask for advice, they have always treated my cat very well and with the most care with all her other visits, we have been with this vets since we got her and she will be staying with this vets permanently, they always put her best interests at heart and I couldnt be more grateful
Friendly kind and helpful after we had found puppy in a bin they ever so good with bruno and helpful and very reasonable. Thank you medivet
