The staff are helpful and friend. The vet was very attentive to our pet. He put any worries or concerns that we had at ease. Love going to the Crowle surgery as it is very friendly, bright and my dog wasn’t at all nervous
Great staff, polite and so lovely with us i felt so ease leaving my pet in their care as i felt he was in great hands with the vet and staff. They dont judge and they explain everything clearly and answer any question with no problem.
Best vets ever. Super friendly staff. Happy to help with anything we needed. Gave us all the information we needed & answered all our questions. Karen & Melanie were brilliant, got us quick appointments, so friendly, kind & caring. Patricia the vet is excellent, very knowledgeable, gave us all the information we needed to make an educated decision for our ferrets care. She clearly had our ferrets best interest at heart. We highly recommend this practice. We won't be using any other vets even though they're nearly an hours drive from us. 10/10 & super 5 stars. Thank you everyone there.
The Veterinary Nurses show empathy and care. I don't have much confidence in the Vet though. She seems unable to be able to accurately diagnose my pet's health issues, and doesn't seem concerned. She also doesn't know her way around the Practice's computer system. She was asking the same question on how to do something on the computer that she asked when I first saw her 5 months ago. She either needs some IT training or needs to listen more attentively.
My dog is very nervous and can be very defensive and the team know this and always go above and beyond to make her feel less anxious. That much so that this time she went in excited knowing she was going to get lots of fuss and tickles and she was not disappointed and didnt growl once.nnI have used medivets since they took over the Crowle practice and have always been happy they were incredibly sensitive when we had to have a dog and then not many months later our cat put to sleep a few years ago.
