Medivet Benfleet have looked after our animals for a while now. Always excellent care for our elderly pets. Saw our dear little cat through her last year with such compassion. All the staff were amazing in helping her and us! through a difficult period. They are also doing the same for our little, elderly, old lady dog! Couldn't recommend them enough. Our heartfelt thanks to vet Ian and all the other vets and the rest of team.
We’ve been coming here since we first got our cat 15 years ago, all the way through to when we sadly had to have her put down recently. They are so caring and kind and always put the animal first. Paulina is an incredible vet, and we feel very lucky to have her!nnWe’ll still keep visiting with our pup fairly often as she is very clumsy! and couldn’t be more grateful to Medivet for all of the help over the years.
Although consultation fees are high, Vets at this practice show genuine care and concern for pets which helps to ease the stress of visits.nThe support staff are also very friendly and will always try and assist with appointmentsnI wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
I would definitely recommend the vets to my friends and familynThe support staff made it very easy to book Mr Pickles first appointmentnThey also came and collected him as I don't leave the housenThe lady was lovely who took him from me.nThe vet called me and she was lovely too explaining everything to menThe lady bought Mr Pickles back aswell
