A fantastic Medivets.. moved over from Leicester and the transition was so smooth. Checked my precious Bean over and gave him his injections and micro chip. The pet plans are truly amazing as they include everything needed to protect them from fleas, worms and many illnesses. The receptionist were so kind and jolly and our vet was so sweet and talked everything through with us so we understood about the neutering procedure.nnSadly, Bean broke his cat carrier but to our rescue there were cat carriers donated and ready to be purchased. The money goes to a blood foundation for animals which was so sweet. So not only did we bag a bargain for my 3 cats but also got Bean sorted. Thank you! Much love, Bean, maryam and Luke xxx
Fantastic care and service for us and our young Lab, who had an operation. They could not have been more caring for both our beloved dog, but us too. Wonderful.
Our cat, who gets stressed when visiting the surgery, was treated in a caring and gentle manner. The vet put us at ease and was very thorough in her examination. We have every confidence that his ailment will improve after her recommended treatment.
I'd been registered with two other vets in the area and had never been happy with the treatment I'd had for my dog. Finding this place was a game changer - The vets here and all of the staff, for that matter are far more experienced, professional and caring. I can't thank them enough for all of their help recently in treating my dog!
It was our first time visiting out of hours yesterday and all I can say is what a lovely bunch of kind people. From start to finish, professionalism and empathy was shown by all. Luckily, our cat was fine and is now at home being spoilt rotten but at the time we were all in such a panic. The staff - from the operator to the vet made the whole experience so smooth and we felt our cat was in safe hands. Thank you so much! Cannot recommend enough.
