Precise details are kept on the sizes and fits of the shoes I buy, and staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. If there are any problems they are quick to solve them. excellent service and care. Medissa have phoned me ahead of despatching the orders to suggest better options and their knowledge of products and fit for shallow and narrow feet has been amazing. Have just ordered my 8th pair of shoes..
