I have been visiting Medissa for many years and have always found the attention and service very good indeed. Also telephone ordering is good. Precise details are kept on the sizes and fits of the shoes I buy, and staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. If there are any problems they are quick to solve them. I have visited Medissa once or twice a year for many years and always find the staff knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. I recently ordered some sandals online but had to return them as they were not a good fit - I received a refund promptly with a very reasonable deduction of only £3 for postage. Medissa provides an excellent, professional service - and compare their prices with a competitor based in Scotland!
