This is my first experience having the powder brow treatment. The first time I went to see Jess for a consultation, I was immediately impressed with her professionalism & kindness. She explained everything to me in detail & answered all questions that I had. When I booked my appointment, she gave me all of the before care details needed.  I was a little bit nervous, but Jess was very gentle. She spent a good amount of time ‘mapping’ & making sure that she got all of the measurements & details right for what I wanted. She then very gently did my treatment. I am very happy with the results & with Jess’ professionalism, plus absolute care.
