Went yesterday was pretty quiet. My 16 month niece loves going. price was cheap for 2 adults just have to keep a close eye had a older kid push my niece over and told her she couldn't play in the toddler area. Food is pretty pricey can't take your own in tho.
Fabulous play place! 5yr old grandson thoroughly enjoyed it today, though it's suitable for younger & older kids too.nnReasonably priced nVery clean nStaff cheerful & obligingnGood menu & food nnHope to visit again
I visited yesterday as I was taking my step Daughter out for a few hours for her birthday.nIt has to be one of the worst soft play areas I have ever visited.nThey had 3 member of staff floating about the first lady that greeted us was a young girl. Chloe Extremely miserable and rude...did not crack a smile once.nWe sat down for a few minutes before I went up to order food. I ordered two milkshakes that had been advertised as thick milkshakes topped with cream and sprinkles and flavored sauce! They brought over two cups of what I can only say was nesquik mixed with semi skimmed uht milk. No cream.. or sprinkles.nDefinitely not thick, in fact the consistency was more like water.nI returned these and requested my money back.. and explained my complaint..to be told we don't have any cream I should have been told that when I was paying for something that I was clearly not getting prior to taking payment.nnWe waited well over an hour for our food to come out.. .. no cutlery available. nI asked for a fork for the young girl to glare at me and walk off.nThe lady that I presume to have been the person in charge that day.. was also very miserable.nIf you don't enjoy your job..find a new one.nIt is a children's play setting.. all staff should be extremely welcoming and as it goes for customer service a smile always helps.nWill definitely be taking this complaint further..
I visited this establishment today to give a family member company while another family member of mine attended a birthday party. When we walked in, the young lady we first spoke to looked very unhappy and when she was told that only one child was playing, asked in a very miserable tone how old i was. I would like to say that we were very friendly and cooperative throughout this experience and did not deserve to be treated with little to no respect. We told her how old i was and she said it would be 7 pounds for me to get in. 7 pounds isnt much, yes, but i am still confused as to why i needed to pay extra to sit at a table and do nothing, not even having free wifi. What am i even paying to do? Quite humbling to think that she thought i would want to play in a childrens soft play area. In my opinion, if i am not playing, and you arent even offering free wifi, i dont see why i should have to pay extra just to supervise someone at a birthday party. I dont recommend this place for your children, as the staff are very miserable, food is definitely not as good as i would think for the price, and you have to pay cheap, but extremely unnecessary prices to sit at a table and do nothing. I would not willing bring my children here again as apparently it wasn’t as enjoyable as he expected anyways.
Very clean and well thought out soft play. There is lots to do for a range of ages included small and larger soft play areas, a brick building area, play kitchens and even tablets out for older kids.nWe didn't eat on this occasion so can't comment on food but based on how friendly the staff were and the cleanliness is expect good things.
