First of all - convenient opening hours [Everyday till 8 PM]. Ladies at reception always are able to quickly find an appointment date that suits me perfectly. The team of doctors seems professional and very friendly - I feel welcome and at peace. Also, the clinic itself looks so tidy and the interiors are aesthetically pleasing, which I treat as an added bonus. Great service and a facility that I would recommend to a friend :)

I used to go to Medius in Dublin for many many years. Doctors there are great. I have nothing against the doctors who I believe, are very experience specialists but .... the receptionist who works there, definitely should not work as a person who answers the phone. Luck of culture and total ignorance! I called today to book an appointment. As my mum taught me, first thing you say is "Good Morning" or just "hello", so I did but there was No answer, just silence on the phone... So I said "hi" again, and there was an awkward silence and finally, a lady on the other side of the phone, was "nice" enough to ask me what she "can" do for me... What you can do for me dear receptionist is to be nice and treat people with respect and learn to be nice on the phone. I believe that if you work with customers, you should know basic manners and saying Good Morning, God evening or just hi, as it is not that hard.

my 1st impression - fiendly, understanding but professional staff. I think they work hard to make sure you're listened to as a patient: finally a doctor who actually listens to me.. honestly the best doctors I have ever been to. thank you!

Reading all the opinions, I was a bit anxious that my apointment will be late , but fortunately it was right on time! ;) I have quite a busy schedule so for me puncutuality is essential. My doctor was helpful; I've managed to get all the information that I needed though the visit was quick. Definitely see you soon.

I went there on my wife's recommendation - she was right, the service is truly great: professional and quick. It is very convenient that the clinic is open every day, even on Bank Holidays and during evening hours. I won't be looking for another clinic in the near future - I think that says a lot.
