Why does it take so long to get anything? I only needed an antibiotic and the lovely staff in the doctors next door said I should use this pharmacy when I asked about chemists in the area. I went in and the staff behind the counter were all talking about football and a woman with red hair kept running in and out making jokes and all the while the poor girl on the counter looked lost like she didn’t know how to respond to this. Absolutely never using this pharmacy again. Found another one further down the road with much friendlier staff and a much quicker response time even with few staff
Even though I have a closer chemist, I only use this one. They have over the past year always had my best interest at heart. The pharmacist helped me stop vaping and the lovely attentive and chatty blonde cashier always leaves my non script items away so I always get them. This is all done with sincere chats, a smile and makes me feel valued as a customer. Brilliant little chemist, highly recommended.
Paul the pharmacy man is so helpful kind and courteous to all his patients, the staff are Exceptional of course with covid 19 it’s been hard on them but I’d highly recommend Mr SD Morrow
Why do I have to wait over 30 minutes to be given a very simple prescription? An enhaler! I don't get how 7 people can stand in the 'prescription packing' area, chatting a laughing when there are actual customers out on the floor watching them take their time. Joke!
