Great service, really convenient location for @Excel and the Monkfish skewers were delicious. Brilliantly cooked and with a bit of lemon juice and a bit of bread were lovely. Also had some quality single malts, although they need some proper tumblers rather than brandy snifter.

very good restaurant

Went here as the restaurant next door was full - didn’t know what to expect as they were brand new but was pleasantly surprised. Nice food and lovely service.

Before you sit down ask to see the menu. Food overpriced and portions very small. Service was poor as food was delivered at separate times. Everywhere else was full. Usually the places you eat at when desperate you appreciate but I begrudge this experience. I'm surprised anyone can eat here twice.

If you want to wait 50 mins for expensive under cooked food then this is the place for you. I have not been so embarrassed for many years. People walked out in frustration.  I’m not blaming the front of house staff who were polite but I fear out of their depth.  Should have gone back to the Premier Inn.
