Story

Med-One might be new to Huddersfield but our proprietor has been in the restaurant business for over 25 years.

Chef Khalil and his wife Rojin have been running restaurants in a number of different countries including Norway, Sweden and Germany before moving to the UK.

Chef Khalil’s passion lies with Mediterranean and Levantine dishes and cuisines.

I adore this restaurant! They offer high quality dishes, their menu is varied, The cook in that spot is very trained, I enjoy very much trying all their food. The food is consistently fresh, the service towards the customers is friendly. I often go to this place and I was never unsatisfied. Highly recommended.
I love how friendly and kind the owners are, you really feel like you're having a meal with family. There's a good range of food, like my partner was vegetarian and he said he didn't feel like he had to compromise on flavor like other places. If you like Mediterranean food, you'll be more than happy.
Great tasty Lebanese food in town. Worth a visit. Bang on town centre so parking next to the restaurant is next to impossible. But other than that, this place serves honest good food.
Been a favourite for a while, always warm and welcoming and the food is amazing. I can't put in to words how nice the rice is. It is out of this world and definitely worth a visit just for that. Keep up the good work guys!
We went to med one with our young baby who was unsettled to say the least. So after eating our starter we decided to get our main to take way. I can honestly say this is the best food we have eaten in a long time having spent much of summer eating out in various highly regarded restaurants including some with Michelin stars.
Extraordinary atmosphere and very welcoming service. The menu was crisp and yummy. Will absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Affordable prices and large portions. Good job.
Visited last Sunday and very impressed with their Covid compliant arrangements. Tables spread out and all waitresses wearing gloves and masks. Food was absolutely superb - super fresh and really tasty. Service friendly and efficient. Thank you for making our evening so enjoyable.
With the recent events of COVID the staff are more than educated and so respectful us social distancing! All staff were masked but still happy and could feel the happiness of been back in business! So happy we made the choice to come out! Food was absolutely incredible and just what we needed after quarantine!
