Booked a course for the Street Works qualification - were told the course will take place in Nottingham. As we attended the course, we were told no place had been filled despite confirmation of payment. After discussion we were told we had been booked on a different date but once again on that date no payment was received by mecsafe. They are no refusing to even talk to us, or shed light on the situation. After research, they charged us £400 more than the course's worth!! Sought legal advice and will be appearing in court, if they turn up!!
Mecsafe have helped us with various training courses for our employees for a couple of years now. They are always fast to reply and have great knowledge of the courses and training available. I would recommend them to anyone looking for construction based training, as well as CSCS membership. 5 stars.
