Staff are friendly and happy to help and explain things. As an electric wheelchair user I found my visit quite upsetting. The disabled toilets are in the main toilets. The doorways are barely wide enough to get the wheelchair through. The doors are heavy to try and hold open and get through at the same time. Once in the disabled toilet, there's not enough room to park the electric wheelchair, be able to get out and lock the door and then use the toilet. Then trying to get back out again and do the reverse of everything is exhausting. I limited what I drank whilst I was there to make sure I didn't need the toilet again!

Great night. Cheap night out a tenner for 2 hours of bingo and great prices at the bar £11 for a decent bottle of wine. Highly recommended staying on for the Bingo Beats. The majority of people leave after the main games so we stayed on just to see what it was like and so glad we did. Its totally different to the main games - alot more relaxed and loads of fun along the way. Declan is a legend!
Went here with some friends for the evening. Not really a social night out as talking during g bingo games isn't allowed as its very distracting! Anyway we had a good evening, ate some food, had a drink and didn't win anything. Staff friendly and helpful
A woman called Tara approached me nd told me if I wanted any gear then meet her in toilets also mecca staff didn't care.
Incredibly friendly staff with great hospitality. They completed the registration for me and my girlfriend, and made sure that we didn't miss the start of the game. A special shoutout to the manager Andrew too who went above and beyond to prevent me having to pay a parking fine.
Friendly staff, food is basic but cheap, you can order at the bar or through the mecca bingo app. Good fun with friends and family. Lots of parking make sure to put your reg in upon entry otherwise you'll get charged. If you do get charged for parking you can take it to mecca and they will help you sort it out.

Went today for the first time in a long time. The 2 speakers of the numbers speak awfully. And I had to keep checking the numbers on the screen coz they aren’t the best at pronouncing the numbers ?!?!? 2 my mobile date wouldn’t load in there so no food or drink. I did try to go to the bar between sets but the one stewardess on the bar was taking very long and the queue wasn’t short ! I won on a board outside had to literally chase someone down to get paid. Not what it once was. That’s for sure BINGO CALLERS should be clear and loud these 2 were not !
Just want to say a big big thankyou to Andrew for his excellent service in this afternoons bingo. I some how lost my card while I was in there and then won. Andrew dabbed my numbers for me while I looked for it, and then when I couldn’t, sorted out my account and got me a new card. Had a brilliant afternoon, thankyou Mecca! Always a pleasant experience
