Helpful professional reception staff. Doctors always able to offer appointment when required.

Good customer service, automatic GP check in and appointment was right on time.

Absolutely outstanding doctors. I have been with them pretty much my whole life. Extremely understanding and helpful. All the doctors I have spoken to at the practice have always helped massively.

Doctors are good but staff/receptionist are very poorly trained. It’s quite embarassing to tell them your full medical history to get to talk to a dr. They seem to know everything, but the reality is different unfortunately :

Just been told they don't do blister packs for elderly with not a lot of vision. Then gave a a false number got .council offices. Come on time time to get your socks pulled up. Cheeky receptionist

The doctors are great. But unfortunately the same cannot be said about the receptionist staff.  Rude and think they know it all. Always trying to fob you off not wanting to give you any opportunity to speak to a doctor.  They seem to think they are the doctor.

I've been a patient with this surgery for coming on 30 years and the standard of care gets better year on year.

Excellent surgery.   Helpful doctors, nurses and staff.   Friendly and caring.
